Extracurricular

Activities to enhance the educational project out of school hours

"Enjoy doing" is our motto to promote the growth and all-round education of children through recreation activities out of school hours. We structure the educational activities of the Informal Education Model (MENOF) within the pedagogical model of Jesuïtes Educació.

Yoga

We foster their growth by promoting balance and harmony between feeling, thinking and acting. Children get to know their bodies, acquire good posture habits and become aware of their feelings in order to learn to breathe and relax. We boost their attention, memory and concentration.

Monday from 5 pm to 6 pm

Activity Centre - Motor Play

We turn physical activity into a recreational space in which students acquire healthy habits through different motor games.

Wednesday from 5 pm to 6 pm

Activity Centre - Games Room

We provide guidance in the understanding of values such as the acceptance of rules, teamwork, tolerance and frustration with board games to work on concentration, memory, perception and attention.

Wednesday from 5 pm to 6 pm

Karate

We contribute to the children's physical and emotional development. The children improve their school performance and relationship with the environment.

We promote the development of psychological and motor skills, useful for their personal growth. We work on self-control, increase self-esteem and reduce aggressiveness during the classes. We develop strength, coordination and balance.

Tuesday and Thursday from 5 pm to 6 pm

Swimming

We adapt personal development to the aquatic environment and encourage the improvement of cardiorespiratory, sensory and psychomotor skills, improved coordination and balance, and spatial awareness through play. We carry out the activity at the Can Ricart facilities.
