Pre-enrolments

We start the pre-enrolment process with you

Key dates

  • Pre-school and primary education: pre-enrolment from 6 to 20 March 2024
  • Pre-school and primary education: enrolment from 18 to 26 June 2024

Detailed dates of the entire process

- Publication of the initial offer: March 5, 2024.

- Application submission period:

  • Pre-school and primary education:: from March 6 to 20, 2024, both inclusive.
  • Secondary education: from March 8 to 20, 2024, both inclusive. Documentation can be submitted until March 22, 2024.

- Publication of the list of pre-registration applications at the center with the provisional score: April 17, 2024.

- Period to claim the provisional score: from April 17 to 22, 2024, using the electronic tool to attach claims.

- Publication of the list of pre-registration requests at the center with the score, once the complaints have been resolved: April 25, 2024.

- Draw for the tiebreaker number: April 30, 2024, at 11 a.m., at the central services of the Department of Education (Via Augusta, 202-226, Barcelona).

- Publication of the ordered list: May 2, 2024.

- Period of extension of requests for pre-registration requests for students with specific educational needs derived from disadvantaged socioeconomic situations without assignment (official assignment): May 14 and 15, 2024, both included

- Request extension period for pre-registration requests without assignment (official assignment): from May 29 to 31, 2024, both included.

- Publication of the final offer: June 7, 2024.

- Publication of the lists of admitted students and, where applicable, the waiting list: June 10, 2024.

- Enrollment period for pre-registered students with an assigned place in the second cycle of early childhood education, primary education or ESO: from June 18 to 26, 2024, both included.

- Publication of the list of students enrolled in the center from the pre-registration and admission process: September 30, 2024

We share the admission criteria used in the allocation of points to each school pre-enrolment application:

  • Enrolled siblings or child of a centre employee: 40
  • Proximity to the centre - residence within the catchment area: 30
  • Proximity to the centre - workplace within the catchment area: 20
  • Proximity - within the same municipal district, but outside the catchment area: 15
  • Proximity to the centre - residence in the same municipal district: 10
  • Recipient of the GMI (guaranteed minimum income): 10
  • Disability of the student or a family member, sibling, parent or guardian, equal to
  • or greater than 33%: 10

When completing your school pre-enrolment, if your child comes from another school, you will need the following information:

  • Their RALC number (Student Register of the Department of Education) for your son/daughter. Not required for P3.
  • Our centre code: 08003671.

You will need:

  • Electronic ID, digital certificate, TCat, Mobile IdCat, Cl@ve, etc.
  • (If enrolling in P3) Family book or other documents relating to parentage.

You will need:

  • Family book or other documents relating to parentage.
  • ID card, passport or other identity documents of the parent or guardian carrying out the procedure.
  • ID card of the student if he/she is over 14 years of age or if, despite not being 14 years of age,
  • he/she has an ID card.

You will be required to present:

  • Proof of proximity to the centre
  • Municipal certificate or proof of the student's cohabitation with the applicant when the address claimed does not match that of the identity document presented**.
  • Copy of the employment contract or certificate issued by the company, when using the work address for proximity purposes.

** And the renewed ID, with the new address, upon enrolment.

You will need:

  • Documentary proof of being a recipient of the guaranteed minimum income benefit (GMI).
  • Disability of the student, parent, guardian or siblings (if applicable).
  • Certificate of disability, equal to or greater than 33% (if applicable).
  • Large family or single-parent family (if applicable).
  • Valid large family or single-parent family card (if applicable).
