New partnership agreement with EULEN in VET

Partnering with businesses is crucial in vocational education and training to ensure that learning is up-to-date, practical and tailored to labour market needs. Here, one of the most significant aspects of the agreement with EULEN is that it opens up numerous opportunities for our students to do work placements in a real-world environment, gain valuable professional experience and build contacts which will help them get a job in the future.

This new agreement covers partnerships across a number of areas including coordination in selecting work placements, running training programmes in work environments and the option of holding joint workshops and training sessions for teachers and students. EULEN is also pledged to furnish resources and support for our teachers' training to enable them to refresh their knowledge and the methods they use in work placements.
