The Fundació Jesuïtes Educació has developed and approved a regulatory compliance manual that contains a series of protocols to prevent and detect situations of criminal risk in the entity, such as corruption, internal fraud or other fraudulent practices.
It has also appointed a person responsible for regulatory compliance (compliance officer) who carries out the independent function of identifying, evaluating, preventing and reporting on the possible risks arising from non-compliance with the regulatory framework and the code of ethics applicable to the Foundation.
FUNDACIÓ JESUÏTES EDUCACIÓ WHISTLE-BLOWING CHANNEL
Fundació Jesuïtes Educació has an internal whistle-blowing channel whereby anyone who detects a malpractice within our institution can report it, even anonymously by:

If the person managing the whistle-blowing channel deems it necessary, he/she may ask the person making the complaint for additional information or clarification on the facts and circumstances that he/she has brought to the attention of the institution.
The deadline for replying to the case is 3 months from the date of receipt of the communication, unless the complexity of the case requires an extension of the deadline, which may be extended for a maximum of a further three months.
Please note that Fundació Jesuïtes Educació is responsible for this processing and the purpose of the processing is to manage the complaint. The legitimacy is based on compliance with a legal obligation and the pursuit of the general interest. The interested party declares that he/she has read and accepted the Privacy Policy. No data will be transferred to third parties, except for legal obligation. You have the right to access, rectify and delete the data, together with other rights that you can check in its Privacy Policy along with other additional information.
The whistle-blowing channel guarantees that the personal data you provide will be used confidentially, complying with the appropriate degree of security and protection, taking into account the legally established security measures to prevent their loss, deterioration and transfer or access to unauthorised third parties.
Furthermore, any kind of reprisals against persons who file a complaint are expressly prohibited.
