Personal data protection terms and conditions

FUNDACIÓ JESUÏTES EDUCACIÓ, informs you, pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (hereinafter, RGPD), that it incorporates your personal data with your consent in an automated file owned by us.

1. Website contact form
   1. Purpose: To manage your request and inform about the educational offer of Jesuïtes Educació, to organise and handle preliminary interviews, open doors events and to promote the activities offered at the educational centres and Fundació Jesuïtes Educació.
   2. Legal basis: The consent of the data subject.
   3. Recipients: The different departments into which Fundació Jesuïtes Educació is organised.
   4. Retention period: Personal data will be kept for one year from data collection.
2. Forms for activities organised by the centre
   1. Purpose: To manage and coordinate the various activities organised by the educational centres and Fundació Jesuïtes Educació.
   2. Legal basis: The consent of the data subject to enter into a contract to which the data subject is party or to implement the pre-contractual measures at his/her request.
   3. Recipients: The various departments into which Fundació Jesuïtes Educació is organised and third-party entities and, where appropriate, third-party enterprises involved in the activity. To this end, in each case, the Fundació Jesuïtes Educació will sign a contract for the processing or transfer of personal data in each case.
   4. Retention period: Personal data will be kept for one year from data collection and, if applicable, during the legally established period to determine the possible liabilities that could arise from this purpose and from the processing of the data.
3. Whistle-blowing channel
   1. Purpose: To manage and route complaints that come in through the whistle-blowing channel.
   2. Legal basis: The fulfilment of a legal obligation and a mission carried out in the public interest.
   3. Recipients: To the head of the whistle-blowing channel and, where applicable, to the body responsible for adopting disciplinary measures, to the head of the Foundation's legal department and to the data protection officer. And, where applicable, the data will be disclosed to third parties when necessary in order for the Foundation to adopt corrective measures or for the processing of any disciplinary or criminal proceedings that may be appropriate.
   4. Retention period: The data will be kept for the time necessary to decide whether or not to open an investigation into the facts reported and for a maximum of 3 months from the collection of the data and, where applicable, during the legally established period to determine the possible liabilities that could arise from this purpose and from the processing of the data.

It is guaranteed that personal data will be used in strict confidentiality, complying with the appropriate level of security and protection, taking into account the legally established security measures to avoid their loss, deterioration and transfer or access by unauthorised third parties.

The Fundació Jesuïtes Educació does not plan to carry out international data transfers. If necessary, such transfers will only be carried out with entities that have demonstrated that they comply with the level of data protection required by the regulations or when there is legal authorisation to carry out the international transfer of data.

In the event that consent is given for the publication of the images and/or voice on social media with unrestricted access such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc., we inform you that the use of these profiles involves the international transfer of data. When social networks carry out an international transfer of data, they ensure that the transfer is carried out with adequate safeguards to enable data subjects to exercise their enforceable rights and effective legal remedies.
