At the Nursery, we say goodbye to winter!

The children of Nursery 2 have enjoyed lots of diverse and fun activities this winter. We had a great time experimenting and learning together!

We used our hands to make snow, experimenting with different textures and observing how it changed between our fingers, encouraging curiosity and discovery through free play.

We came to understand cold by touching the ice in a sensory way, noticing its temperature, its hardness and how it melted little by little, stimulating the senses and our ability to observe.

We also unleashed our creativity by painting with vertical strokes, working on coordination and artistic expression while exploring new ways of doing things.

We wrapped up warm, preparing for the cold by practising autonomy when putting on winter clothes and understanding the importance of being well-equipped.

We even played with blue winter stickers, placing them on the body to recognise its different parts, reinforcing body awareness in a playful and meaningful way.

A winter full of experiences, discoveries and moments to remember!
