Yesterday we went on a trip to Cosmocaixa. The children were able to discover and experiment with science through different activities and spaces. We visited the flooded forest, and saw many animals: a caiman, sea turtles, catfish, an anaconda, poison dart frogs, rays, a tarantula, among others; and plants, and we were also able to play and learn through interactive experiments.
We were also very lucky because at the end of the visit we got to see the capybara! Gemma, our guide, told us that she is usually sleeping in the morning and seeing her is a rare sight.
It was an outing full of curiosity, discoveries, and shared moments that help us continue to awaken our desire to learn and explore the world around us.
