Experiencing Easter in the Classroom

This week at Sant Ignasi Nursery, we enjoyed a variety of Easter activities full of experimentation and excitement.

We took part in a very special artistic activity: we painted Easter eggs using watercolours, creating unique and original works of art.

One of the main activities was making our very own mona de Pasqua (the traditional Catalan Easter cake): we added the ingredients one by one, carefully observing the process and actively taking part in the preparation. Afterwards we took it to the school kitchen to bake, and in the afternoon we decorated it with all the classic elements… and finally, we got to enjoy it for snack time!
