During the first week of February, a group of eleven students from the second year of the Intermediate Vocational Training Programme in Administrative Management went on a trip to the HYRIA school in Hyvinkää (Finland), within the framework of the Erasmus mobility programme.
On the first day, our students learned about the HYRIA school and the country's culture from students on the Tourism course.
During the following days, and in group sessions with their Business counterparts, our students learned how internships are carried out in companies during a visit to the businesses in the area where these internships take place. They also enjoyed a joint work session in which, in mixed groups, they created a Business Model Canvas for developing a business idea, applying the knowledge acquired in this second activity. The various projects were presented to all the students when the work was completed.
The itinerary for these days also included an internal session where activities specific to our course were carried out, as well as the presentation of our country and our culture, offered by our students to the Finnish Business students.
On the last day of the trip, the students had the opportunity to visit the capital, Helsinki, on a sunny but extremely cold day.
