Students on the Advanced Diploma in Culinary Management programme at the Jesuïtes Sarrià-Sant Ignasi School of Hospitality have submitted their end-of-year project: an exciting journey that has resulted in the creation of four innovative restaurants. This project represents the outcome of their hard work and dedication throughout their training, affording them the chance to apply their knowledge to the creation of a restaurant.

A total of 15 covers per day, representing renowned restaurants in Barcelona, have been witness to the fruition of these gastronomic dreamsfrom 19th to 22nd March.

Each restaurant developed by our students was brought to life for a day. Each venue has been showcased as a unique window into the creativity and culinary skills of these students, who have put their passion into every last detail of the dining experience.

The restaurants they have created in this project were:

HALO - An exceptional dining experience that embraces charity form a noble approach.

Elements - A culinary and sensory experience of nature and its 4 elements.

L'art de la taula - An expression of art in the guise of traditional flavours and essence with a contemporary culinary outlook through dishes inspired by traditional Catalan gastronomy, with an innovative interpretation and modern presentation.

Bakán - Fusing Peruvian and Spanish gastronomy. An offer that is designed first hand in the form of a central city block.

At Jesuïtes Sarrià-Sant Ignasi School of Hospitality we are proud of our students and look forward to the positive impact they will have on the gastronomy industry in the future.
