Professional round table for Culinary Management students

On Thursday 23 October, the 2nd-year Culinary Management students participated in an interesting round table held in the school's Lluís Espinal room. The event featured the presence of three renowned professionals from the sector: Aleix Jorba (owner of the restaurant Bodega Contemporània Rauxa), Carles Heaxts (director of the Restaurant and Nutrition Division of the Club Metropolitan chain) and Enrique Rivero (CCO of the Qualianza group).

During the session, the speakers shared their experience and vision on the current situation of the hospitality sector, the changes it is undergoing, and the future challenges that young professionals will face. Furthermore, the guests participated as judges in the presentation of the students' business start-up projects, offering them highly valuable professional assessments and advice.

It was a very enriching session, in which the students were able to make the most of the knowledge and experience of the guests.
